Need for speed for PS2

New to this. I would just like to as the question if anyone knows if the New Need For Speed Underground is going to be released for the PS2. I have been told that it may not be released for the PS2 eventhough the Online retailers are advertising it.

it should since its a big seller, but i can't guarantee my info because I don't have any solid sources yet

Yup it'll be on PS2 and I'd bet that the 2009/2010 will also be on the PS2 and possibly 2011 version, PS2 still has a large install base of people that haven't decided to upgrade to current gen systems
