Will it be worth a lot in a few years? I have a brand new one and I don't know if I should sell it now or wait. I am not a gamer, I just bought one to sell it.

Edit: After a night of thinking, I'd like to extend my thought process of what a terrible decision you made, the likelihood of the events that will happen in the future is, it'll probably be 5 yrs if not more to make a 25-50% mark up of what you paid, so is less than $100 profit after 5 yr wait worth it? pro tip is no, collecting games to resell for profit just isn't a workable business model and even worse if your trying it casually, if someone convinced you this was a good way to make easy cash punch them right in the nuts/vjj, sure there's exceptions to the rule but more nearly every time you'll be taking a loss or have to wait a decade to turn a profit

Yeah, jak is right.

I bought the MGS4 limited edition because I thought it might end up like the MGS3 subsistence limited edition. Nope. There's $25 extra dollars down the drain. The game wasn't even that great IMO. If you want to buy and re-sell stuff, go for MTG cards.
